Emergency Service Network: Access to a 24/7 Maintenance Hotline for after-hours or weekend maintenance emergencies.
Tenant Landlord Liability Insurance: Up to $100,000 in liability coverage for property damage caused by the tenant. Tenants are responsible for any deductibles per claim.
HVAC Filter Program for Utility and Maintenance Reduction: Receive HVAC filters delivered every 90 days. Clean filters can reduce utility bills by up to 15%. [Watch the Video To Learn More]
Online Tenant Portal for Maintenance, Payment Options, and Electronic Statements: Free access to the Tenant Portal for online rent payment, maintenance requests, and electronic statements. Bank fees for online transactions are not covered by the Boardwalk Program.
Free Credit Reporting for All On-Time Rental Payments to Experian: Rent payments made on time will be reported to Experian, helping tenants build their credit score.
One-Time Late Payment Fee Forgiveness: Tenants may receive one month's late fee forgiveness per lease term, provided the landlord is informed before the due date. Rent and any other monthly payments must be paid within 7 days of the due date.
Inspection Reschedule: Tenants can cancel and reschedule one property inspection during the lease term without incurring a rescheduling penalty, as specified in the Lease Agreement.
Maintenance Service Call Appointment: Tenants may cancel and reschedule one maintenance appointment during the lease term without incurring a cancellation fee, as outlined in the Lease Agreement.
